Server Rules

No cheating (or hacking) of any kind.
- No client-side mods that may help to gain an unfair advantage.
- No hardware mods (including overclocking) that may help to gain an unfair advantage.
- No abuse of game/script bugs or glitches in attempt to gain an unfair advantage over other players.
Respect the players, server staff, members of the Admin/VIP team and Team NeO at all times.
- Swearing is allowed unless directed at a person (this counts as an insult).
- Harassing (including "trolling" or arguing) a member of Admin/VIP team without a reason is not allowed.
No team-killing (TK; attacking you teammate/teammate's vehicle) on CnR maps (tagged with a [CnR] tag)
No camping.
This includes avoiding (running away) the fight and stalling the game by any means, such as driving around aimlessly or waiting for NOS (nitro) to respawn.
- Clan members are not allowed to escort other members of their clan while flying a Hunter, this still counts as avoiding.
No name stealing (use of someone else's name with intention to cause trouble; all other names are permitted at Admin's discretion).
No chat spamming/flooding (repeating text in chat box).
- No mic chat spam/flood (playing music, making annoying noises, leaving your chat on Push-to-Talk).
No advertising.
This includes player names that contain a website/server address or an IP.
Official request language - English.
Administrators/VIPs do not respond to requests in any other languages.
All rules mentioned above are subject to change without a further notice.
All members of Admin/VIP team must follow the chain of command at all times, unless given a direct order from a (Assistant) Head Admin.

New stats system

As some of you may have already known, we have been working on a new stats system that would be shared between our MTA servers.
Good news - today we have finished the race part of the system and it is finally online now.
Unfortunately, old data conversion process was too much of a hard work to do - everyone must start anew, sorry.

Features
The new system now uses a GUI menu to reduce the amount of spam in game chat, and it will also be connected to IRC bot soon.
To check your own stats, simply press F7 or type !stats in-game. To check somebody else's stats, type !stats .
The window will close itself after 15 seconds or after you have pressed F7 again.
Right now, the system is logging statistical data such as:

number of maps played
number of race maps finished in 1st position
number of DD/DM/No_RS maps survived
number of top-times set (top 10 times)
player money
player visits to all servers
time spent playing (yay, nolife-o-meter!)
last visit to the server (similar to "lastseen" command)
player kills, including a fully-functional "hitbox" (not available in Race)
player respawns (not available in Race)
player money transfers (not yet available in-game)

This new stats system is one of our first steps towards the SA-MP style gamemode that we're currently working on - it will utilize the same stats system.
